SCHEZUWAN SAUCE

                                              We see many types of schezuwan dishes everywhere.i tried a few also........but nothing came good with store bought sauce................this schezuwan sauce is easy to prepare and will stay in fridge for long................trust me it gives real schezuwan taste...................try this and make great chinese food.......................





INGREDIENTS:

GARLIC PASTE                       -5 TBLSPN
GINGER PASTE                       -2 TBLSPN
CELERY CHOPPED                 -2 TBLSPN
RED CHILLY PDR                    -100GMS

MIX IN A BOWL

TOMATO SAUCE                     -3TBLSPN
CHILLY SAUCE                        -2TBLSPN
VINEGAR                                   -4TBLSPN
SUGAR                                        -2 TBLSPN
SALT                                             -1/2 TSP


OIL                                                 -1 TSPN





METHOD:

HEAT LITTLE OIL IN A WOK............ADD GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE.SAUTE FOR 5 MIN.ADD CELERY.SAUTE FOR 2 MIN.ADD THE CHILLY PDR.SAUTE IN A MEDIUM HEAT WITHOUT IT BURNING.ADD INGREDIENTS MIXED IN A BOWL.............SAUTE FOR 5 MIN.TRANFER TO A CONTAINER AND AFTER IT IS COOL REFRIGERATE IT AND USE AS U NEED.............
