Something that always makes mothers confused is how to feed a fussy kid.............we want them to eat their food happily and at the same time make it healthy.............my son is a really fussy one who is very picky abt what he eats.........every morning i have to wake 15 min early just to think what i will pack for my sons tiffin............he likes sausages nd so i made this sausage parcels which is a little spicy one so that dh will also have this for brekky............. try this nd enjoy..............
INGREDIENTS:
SAUSAGES -4
ONION SLICED -1
GARLIC CHOPPED -2
capsicum chopped -1/4 cup
TO MATO SAUCE -2 TBLSPN
OIL - 1 TBLSPN
CHAPATHIS -3
METHOD:

- CUT SAUSAGES INTO SMALL CUBES
- ADD OIL IN A KADAI AND SAUTE ONIONS
- ADD CHOPPED GARLIC AND SAUTE
- THEN ADD CAPSICUM FOLLOWED BY SAUSAGES
- ADD TOMATO SAUCE TO THIS AND ADD SALT ACCORDINGLY
- COOK TILL SAUSAGES ARE DONE
- THIS IS THE FILLING FOR SAUSAGE PARCEL
- NOW TAKE ONE CHAPATHI AND FILL WITH SAUSAGE MASALA
- FOLD IT AND WRAP WITH SANWICH PAPER
- SAUSAGE PARCELS ARE READY
