There are some days when we want to eat something really really spicy.........then this is your dish on that day......................this is one dish in which the taste last in your tongue long after you have had this.............now ill not say more abt this you try nd tell................
INGREDIENTS:
BEEF SLICES CUT INTO STRIPS -250 GM
ONION CHOPPED -1 BIG
GINGER-GARLIC PASTE -1 TBLSPN
CAPSICUM -1 CUT INTO CUBES
SCHEZUWAN SAUCE -2 TBLSPN [RECIPE GIVEN BELOW]
SOY SAUCE - 1 TBLSPN
PEPPER PDR - 1 TSPN
RED CHILLY PDR -1 TSP
OIL -1 TBLSPN
SALT TO TASTE
SPRING ONION FOR GARNISHING
METHOD:

- COOK BEEF PIECES IN A PRESSURE COOKER WITH GINGER GARLIC PASTE,1 TSP RED CHILLY PDR AND SALT
- AFTER IT IS COOKED RESERVE THE STOCK
- ADD OIL IN A KADAI AND ADD ONION
- SAUT TILL IT TURNS PINK
- THEN ADD CAPSICUM AND SAUTE FOR I MIN
- ADD THE SAUCES AND STOCK WATER AND LET IT BOIL FOR 5 MIN
- ADD BEEF AND PEPPER PDR
- COOK FOR 5 MIN UNTIL GRAVY IS THICK
- TRASFER TO A SERVING BOWL AND GARNISH WITH SPRING ONIONS.............
